​Use our funds to finance the purchase and renovation of residential or multifamily real estate projects. Financing options are available up to 100% of purchase price plus projected renovation costs. Maximum length of an acquisition loan is 6-months.

TRANSACTIONAL FINANCING

Use our funds to finance purchase of properties intended to be held for extremely limited periods of time before resold to another buyer. Financing options are available up to 100% of purchase price and closing costs.

QuickDraw loans are asset based and primarily underwritten based upon current and projected value of the underlying real estate. Financing is available to LLC’s and other corporate entities borrowing in Nebraska. QuickDraw does not offer financing to individuals.

 

Projects can be approved and funded within as little as 48 hours. Expedite your approval and funding by getting your entity preapproved as a borrower now. When you have identified a property for funding, simply complete our application to start the process.
